Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar in Moorestown

My experience was very average, comparable to any other chain restaurant such as Ruby Tuesday’s or Applebee’s but not as good as a higher end chain like The Cheesecake Factory. I ordered a burger cooked medium, however, it was clearly well done. I didn’t send it back because I’m usually starving by the time my food gets to the table and would eat anything at that point. This was my second visit and I will likely not come back. There are plenty of better alternatives in Downtown Lancaster. The food was edible and the service was good, so overall just very average.

Went today for the first time. Great service, amazing food. You definitely get what you pay for. Will definitely go back in the spring to see the new dishes.

Exactly what we have come to expect from Harvest. Great service, great food and a nice night out! Harvest is definitely our go-to for a nice meal out.

Harvest Lancaster has wonderful vegan food options! The flavors are bold and sophisticated while still being balanced and familiar. This is a great restaurant and a highlight of the Lancaster food scene. I highly recommend!

Huge disappointment. Really has such an amazing food selection and food quality is exceptional we went there for the past two nights, the second night we had to walk out. Management is so rude and unprofessional. Worried about the regulations yet had no problem getting in our face to threaten us because we were standing up next to the table without mask on. Such a waste of good food run very poorly. Its unfortunate for the owners they worked very hard to establish such a fine menu but hired personnel who have inadequate customer service skills

Fabulous food, impeccable service! Have been to the Harvest in Montgomeryville but am visiting in Lancaster and came here with a large group for dinner. Couldn't have been more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Really good food. A bit pricey.

My wife and I love this place. Everything we’ve tried has been very good. We tried take out tonight and there was an issue... the kitchen forgot to put the chicken on our salads. So the manager actually DROVE to our house to bring us the chicken they forgot. Plus a little extra for our trouble. Top notch business all around.

Nice lunch. The menu is varied and focuses on healthy choices, a pleasant surprise in today’s restaurant scene. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive. The lady who sat us should be working someplace where customer interaction is not required. A bad first impression.

Nice place but way too expensive for the food, I spend $50 there Then I went somewhere else since was still Hungry with $12 had a great food and it was fun.

This is our weekly go to place for lunch. Love the seasonal farm to table menu. Can't wait to see what the next season brings. The have already switched to the fall soup which is a butternut squash soup. It is outstanding, drop everything and go get it!Besides the food, the service is outstanding. We have had a different server almost every time and they have all been great. And management is constantly walking through the restaurant making sure everything is good. As long as they keep up the great work, we will keep coming back.

The food and service was good. The dining room was very comfortable. The prices are well above my range though. I probably will not return to dine here again. This place is definitely for the wealthy.

Gourmet level food and atmosphere. The menu is a unique and interesting fusion of a variety of different cuisine all locally sourced and absolutely delicious. Prices are fairly reasonable as well. Be aware though, that the portion sizes do run small. It's the kind of meal where each person should have their own appetizer.

Love the menu. Love the atmosphere. Service was great. Varied menu choices for all of our family's dietary preferences. Bar service was great and friendly on a previous visit too.

Good food (but over priced) and lack luster service and atmosphere. I enjoyed all my food especially the crab chowder, but we had to ask for drinks every time and even refills on water. My mojito was not very good and I even sent it back (which I don’t think I’ve ever done before). I wouldn’t say that I’d never go back but I won’t be in a hurry.

Great they use seasonal ingredients, but the majority of the food was just ok. Nothing special and too many options. Inexperienced diners will absolutely enjoy as there was nothing particularly wrong with anything. As a typical non-drinker, I was optimistic about their "craft" non-alcoholic drinks...mid-evening they were out of all but one option. Bad planning. Give it a shot and formulate your own opinion.

Wait staff are terrible. Host skill lack organizations and lack of understanding customers come first. Call ahead seating Is a joke. Good luck to you If you get a seat on time. I have been there 4 times trying to give them the benefit of doubt.Make a long story short I will not be going back ever.

Both times I've been here the craft cocktails and food were impeccable. A healthy, food allergy conscious menu that is always changing. Pricey but not pretentious. Can be reasonable if you dont go wild like I usually do .

Terrible experience tonight! 8/14/20Our group just walked out of this place. Imagine this, you’re on vacation with a group of friends and you decide to spend your evening at a “nice” place for dinner.We are trying to get our children settled at a separate table and while standing around and talking with each other, the manager decides to get in my face along with my friend and begin to speak condescendingly to us about wearing our masks! Firstly, I had the mask on my face and was talking only to my friend, he decides that the way to treat good paying customers is to verbally accost them. Not only did they lose out on the $1,000.00 we would’ve spent tonight, but we will never come back to this place on our yearly vacations to Lancaster. The fish rots from the head so if this is the way the manager acts....Took our business down the block to PJ Whelihan’s and were treated much better.

Great food, the service was fast as well. I got the waygu beef and it was fantastic. The bill was a decent considering we both ordered the same thing with a couple of drinks. Would recommend to anybody, as long as your pallets fits the menu. The selections it relatively dry and doesn’t offer much for people who want ‘close to home’ food.

Sit at the side of the bar that ajoins the patio. You're indoors but it will feel like you are outdoors. Great staff!! Nice apps, good selection of wines and beers.

We celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary at Harvest. Food was very good, we had Harvest steak entree salad and rib eye steak special with the sangria flight and Strawberry Collins. Dessert mousses were yummy! Presentation was lovely, service was attentive without being overbearing. Pricey, but worth it. We will return!

I enjoy the fresh, whole foods Harvest serves. I love their perfect combination of seasonings and culinary excellence to make me feel good about myself and my food choices each time I go! I'm so appreciative that they offer a good handful of vegan and vegetarian options that are actually tasty.

Use to love this restuarant. When our order was taken we were told the specials. One of the "specials" they were featuring was a glass of red cabernet. When we got the bill we were charged 20.00 per glass. This was more than any wine listed on the menu. Matter of fact 7.00 more than their most expensive wine. Outrageous and very deceitful. The poor waitress was embarassed and offer to pay for one of the wines herself but I did not see where that should be her fault. Fool me once will not be back to be fooled again.

Very impressed with this restaurant. I went for lunch with my mom and we both loved it. The restaurant is beautiful. I love that there's options for outdoor seating, semi-outdoor seating, and indoor seating. Everything was clean. The bathrooms are nice, they even have full doors with no gaps in the stalls. The menu is a little expensive, but definitely worth it. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They take the time to explain everything. Being a vegetarian with dietary restrictions, it was refreshing to find a restaurant that works with me and has a lot of options that aren't just salad. I had the eggplant tacos and they were incredible. My mom had fish tacos and she loved it. We were very impressed with how fresh everything was. The desserts were amazing. We will definitely be coming back within the next few weeks.

The locally sourced food is incredible! Love that it's all prepared fresh daily. With most entrees under 500 calories, I could enjoy without feeling stuffed 👍

I come to Harvest fairly regularly. The food, drinks, and service are always excellent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. A great place to meet friends and coworkers for after work appetizers and drinks. My visit this week was outstanding because we had the best server, Richard. He was personable and knowledgeable. Just plain fun. Would totally request him again.

Food was amazing! Hubby and I often visit sustainable/farm to table restaurants but this is the first 'chain restaurant' with farm to table that we've visited. The Mac and cheese was my hubby's favorite made with three cheeses. The short ribs were fall off the bone melt in your mouth tender. Garlic mash delish. And the salmon prepared perfectly and lightly seasoned to awaken the real flavors of the fish.

What we loved: the food and cocktails! Both were excellent!What we didn’t love: we had a 7pm reservation and were seated in a timely manner, but we weren’t served our food until 8:45pm! We felt if there had been open communication with our server and updating us, it would have been fine. However, she only acknowledged it was taking far too long when we asked her about it. Saying they were understaffed. Then we got a complimentary dessert (because of a birthday celebration), but she accidentally added it to our tab. When I questioned it, she rolled her eyes (it was only $4, and probably wouldn’t have said anything if we hadn’t waited for so long), and was like, it’s only going to take a couple cents off each of your tabs. Completely unprofessional.

Restaurant is farm to table with a seasonal menu. They do cater to allergies of all kinds and offer a vegan menu. The food and drinks are superb and they have an impressive wine list. This restaurant has quickly become one of our go-to eateries.

One of my favorite Lancaster spots! A farm to table menu that can fit all dietary needs and or restrictions. They also have a variety of cuisine offered, from Thai to flatbreads it's a great mix.The decor fits the space nicely and they have the restaurant broken into a few different areas.The drinks menu has a good mix of offerings, and the NA drinks are also tasty. I'll also mention they have a great dessert tray that comes around and is the perfect size after dinner. I'll definitely be back again.

Been putting off my visit to harvest for a while. I must say, they do a great job proving that quality fresh ingredients is sometimes all a dish needs. Really appreciate their style, and will definitely be back again soon.

I went today for my first time. EXCELLENT choice. The food was nothing less than very fresh, delicious and creative. Especially for those who have gluten allergies and are vegan, this place is a great place to visit. They have a nice selection of beer and wine, as well as cocktails and mocktails. Our waitress Courtney was absolutely wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu items. Don't miss out on this great restaurant. It's a must try!!!

Great food...great service!

I was quite surprised how nice it was, felt like a mom and pop ran bar and restaurant, really. First had a drink at the bar and the bar tenders were amazingly friendly and offered great suggestions. Very inviting indeed, and great beer solection, not all IPAs on draft! Then off to dinner and everyone enjoyed their entry. Definitely going back.

1st visit, Angie was great waitress. Had Harvest Steak Salad, hubby had Burger. Meals were excellent. My salad was so flavorful, wish I had taken a pic. Steak was so tender & delicious. Brewed unsweetened tea, coffee, good. $3 desserts in a glass, all under 300 calories & nice selection ( I did not partake). It's beautiful inside. Large selection of wines, beers, etc. Sign up for the insider club for free appetizer & early notice of special dinners, etc. They change menu every 3 months. Next due September 25, 2019. All fresh fare farm to table.

Upscale small chain restaurant serving freshly prepared food with a concentration on locally sourced meats and produce. They also cater to special dietary needs - food allergies, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.Very good wine menu and have many wines by the bottle or by the glass. The decor and atmosphere is contemporary yet inviting. The atrium area is especially nice.

The flat bread was delicious and a big portion for the price. Service was very good, busy night but we didn't have to wait long, maybe 15 mins with no reservation. Great ambience and will definitely be back.

The food is delicious, you can definitely tell it is fresh. The service was exceptional, very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. The only negative I had were that portion sizes were very small. They try to keep each dish under 500 calories and for the price it just wasn't much food.

We came on a busy Saturday evening around 4:45. Service was quick and my food was delicious. I had the Jamaican Jerk Salmon off the entrée salad portion of the menu. Waitress and staff were kind and plesent. Worth dining here at least once.

I like this place because they cater to many healthier diets. Staff is great. The ambiance is modern. They use eco-friendly products/containers. Overall, I’d recommend for any family who has someone who has dietary restrictions to give this spot a try. Most entrees are $15-28. The brunch options looked good, but there’s not many vegan brunch options.The husband ordered the brunch burger ( grass fed burger with an egg and pork roll 4/5). He enjoyed it, but said his pork roll was a bit bland. The burger alone was 5/5 by itself.The vegan options take up a small menu. I had choices! The modern Greek salad was barely dressed, lacked acidity 3/5. The stir fried veggies and quinoa was 4/5 delicious. I enjoyed vegan Kim chi and it was pretty. I even got an almond latte! Most major restaurants only have utter butter/milk. So to be able to eat a meal with my husband and have options for drinks, appetizers and entrees was great for me. It’s rare in Lancaster! This place is not my type of restaurant. My husband enjoyed the steak salad but my scallops for $28 were not worth it.

Fresh and unique. Some adventurous options to try out and so many reasonable cal but high flavor options. Great to have a flavor packed meal without breaking the calorie budget. That said, portions are therefore moderate and prices are elevated. But well worth it.

Our food was delicious! They have a wide selection of vegan and gluten-free options. They work with local farmers to provide the freshest food. I highly recommend you eat here. We can't wait to go back!

There are a lot of great food and drink choices! I usually don't eat vegan but was impressed with the vegan "eggplant parmesan". The ambience of the restaurant is also exceptional.
